Gail Agans (2003 to present) – Bookkeeper

Gail is from Newton, Massachusetts and graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Civil Engineering. She is a member of the Appalachian Mountain Club’s 4,000 Footer Club. Gail’s daughters are graduates of Pine Hill.

Kevin Boulanger (2013 to present) Facilities Manager

Kevin is a graduate of High Mowing School. He has 25 years experience working in construction and building management. Kevin's interests include playing guitar and mandolin in local bands, and practicing martial arts. Kevin's children attend Pine Hill.

Susanne Buchanan (2012 to present) Office Coordinator

Susanne was born in Goeppingen, Germany and educated at the Vocational Technical Trade School Goeppingen where she received a Diploma in general Technology and completed her apprenticeship as an Industial Technician/skilled Tradesman. She studied Mechanical Engineering at the technical College, Esslingen Germany, for a year prior to moving to the U.S. Susanne settled in the U.S. after marrying her husband, a New Hampshire resident, and connected to Pine Hill first as a parent. Susanne has worked at manufacturing companies in Germany and the U.S. including Gebr. Märklin & Cie. GmbH in Germany as well as Hitchiner Manufacturing in Milford. Susanne's youngest son currently attends Pine Hill, and her older son is a Pine Hill as well as High Mowing School graduate.

Jessica Hipp (2014) – Community Relations and Enrollment Director

Jessica studied sociology at Gordon College and then received an MFA in creative writing from Lesley University. She has been published by the Atlantic's Daily Dish, Relief Journal, and Image Journal, and she serves as copyeditor for Taproot. She worked in marketing, communications and public relations for the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority, as well as a number of Fortune-500 companies. She is a candidate for a certificate in Waldorf education from Antioch University New England. Her son attends A Child's Nature, a Waldorf-inspired full-day care center on the Pine Hill campus. 

Barbara Johnson (2006 to present) – Business Manager

Barbara was the Finance Manager at the Hungry Hollow Co-op in Spring Valley, New York, for 16 years and lived in the Threefold Community for almost 25 years. She has a B.A. in Speech Communication from Oakland University in Michigan and studied Performing Arts Management at Brooklyn College. She graduated from the Applied Arts Program at Sunbridge College. Her three children are all Waldorf school graduates.
 
Mary McDonough  (2013 to present)  School Administrator
 
Mary McDonough grew up in Bristol, New Hampshre. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree and an Advanced Certificate Degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons College. She later completed a Master's Degree in General Administration. Mary studied ancient architecture at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France as well as Ancient Indian civilizations in Mexico. Mary was a healthcare executive prior to starting a family, and has been an active volunteer and Trustee at Pine Hill Waldorf School for the last 15 years before joining the administrative staff as School Administrator.
 
Karen Nadeau (1983 to present) – Housekeeping
 
Karen is a graduate of Keene State College, with a degree in General Studies and a concentration in Psychology.  She also has certifications in a number of alternative emotional and energetic healing practices, as well as specific training in bereavement and emotional support in hospice care.  She has been a long time caregiver for elders and those living with terminal illness. Karen has been an animal rescue volunteer for many years. She has also volunteered to assist adolescents and young adults - teaching reading and GED and community college preparation.  In her spare time, Karen practices yoga and meditation, and finds enjoyment in all activities in the great outdoors, especially hiking and taking daily very long walks.  She loves Waldorf Education.
